Papay’s currently accepts orders by phone for pickup only. This website does not provide an online cart, checkout or delivery service.

An order is accepted when our team confirms it with you by phone. Please check your order details, price and collection time during the call.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The price confirmed by our team when you order will apply. Available payment methods will be explained when you order or collect.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to make changes once preparation has started. Any refund or replacement will be considered according to the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Allergies and dietary requirements

Tell our team about allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
